Ralph S. Hunt III.
Ralph apprenticed as a cabinetmaker in 1984 and has over 25 years in both
residential and commercial casework. He formed RSH Design in 1992
providing custom remodel projects, design work and project management
services. Ralph partnered with SCM as a Contractor Sales Representative
and has been doing larger scale, high-end homes in the Greater Seattle
area. Ralph lives with his wife and three kids in Monroe and enjoys bike
riding and gardening in his spare time.

Stacie Steffy, Residential
Designer, graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle for Residential
Design in 1993. In 1993, she worked for a designer helping with projects
and for a number of years sold window coverings, wallpaper and flooring as
she built upon her design experience. In 2001, she began work on full
projects, both additions and interior remodels. She specializes in
kitchens and baths, including drawings, layout, product management,
product selection and sales. In 2007, she started SJ&C Design and began to
sub-contract with Seattle Cabinet & Millwork. "Being able to pull together
cabinets, millwork, tile, countertops, flooring and paint is very
exciting. There is nothing better than to see a project, and a customers

April Raffensperger, Designer, holds an Associates
of Applied Arts Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of
Seattle. She specializes in kitchen and bathroom design along with
residential interiors. She has over 15 years of experience in interior
design and remodeling with the last 10 years being focused on kitchen and
bathroom design. Space planning, color application and creative use of

Molly Erin McCabe, AKBD. Molly founded A Kitchen
That Works™, a full service design firm specializing in kitchens, baths,
laundry rooms, home offices and custom entertainment centers in 2002. She
is the daughter of award winning furniture designer Jerry McCabe. In 2005,
she began to sub-contract with Seattle Cabinet & Millwork. Molly has
published numerous articles
and has lectured on design with an emphasis on sustainable design and
construction. She is a founding Board member of the Olympic West Sound
Chapter of the National Kitchen & Bath Association, a Board member
of Sustainable Bainbridge, and a member of the Built Green program of the
Kitsap Home Builders Association. With over 30 years of experience working
in residential and commercial kitchens, Molly’s designs are focused
on function and are followed by form – “a functional kitchen expresses its
